Abstract
The primary purpose of this research was to assess the effect of a pedagogical methodology based on experimentation and the application of technology in the teaching of Physics, focusing on the theoretical and practical understanding of the impact of temperature variation on gases. A quantitative quasiexperimental pretest-posttest design was applied, with a control group and an experimental group. The findings showed that, although both groups had a positive appreciation of experimentation and technology, the experimental group demonstrated a significantly higher performance in theoretical and practical understanding of the concepts covered. The results highlight the importance of integrating pedagogical strategies based on experimentation and applying technological tools to optimise Physics learning and foster a more dynamic and applied approach to science instruction.
