Abstract
When expressing Human Resources, some time ago it was a functional vision; location of jobs, contracts, insurance, payments, purely administrative things and few human, on the human level, the feeling that this can have in front of the role or performance that has in their daily work. Existing a new challenge in the human talent, term that appropriates and rescues the human being, being this the most important in all administrative management due to their skills, potentialities, values, the company would only be a productive entity. Therefore, the objective of the work is established: To value the organizational change in the perspective of human talent. To this end, the following is proposed: To determine the background between companies and their personnel. To analyze the elements that integrate human quality with business development and to analyze the change of companies towards the true conception of human talent. The results are framed in valuing the organizational change in the perspective of human talent so that the actors must be involved and socialize internally its scopes. The debate is generated by analyzing to what extent the possible changes involve people in an action towards the development of their human quality.
