Abstract

Process management will be addressed through an attitudinal model for the adoption of agile methodologies in myPimes (software development companies) and ITIL in small and medium companies, where a process implementation sequence is defined using a profile-based scheme, which is characterized by the establishment of "Good Software Engineering Practices", which is a well-defined method consisting of a series of activities and practices that contribute to the success of the software development process, and that have been tested and used by a number of companies.
