Abstract

In this paper, we present a proposal aimed at supporting the cognitive development of children between four and six years. To this aim, our approach relies on additive manufacturing and the use of intelligent cloud computing services provided by IBM Watson. In Ecuador, the industry 4.0 is still in an incidental phase of development even though in the last decade, several governments tried to change the productive matrix. For these reasons, it is essential incorporating intelligent Information and Communication Tools (ICT) to significantly improve the teaching process in schools and middle education centers.
