The present study focuses on the transformation of education in the post-pandemic scenario, focusing on how Learning Engineering can play a crucial role in effectively integrating traditional and virtual approaches to learning. As educational institutions have had to adapt to the transition between face-to-face and virtual education due to the pandemic, the need 429arises to find ways to optimize this combination of modalities. This article investigates how learning engineering principles can address the challenges inherent in this integration, improve the quality of learning processes, and mitigate the adverse effects of switching between models. Analyzing the experience of moving from face-to-face to virtual learning during the pandemic, it seeks to provide conceptual and reflective guidance for educators, administrators, and curriculum designers interested in creating an effective hybrid educational environment in the post-pandemic future.
