Abstract
This text delves into an exhaustive analysis of intersectional theory and its relevance in the scrutiny of social inequalities that characterize the workplace. A thorough examination is carried out of the intricate intersection of multiple identities that, together, affect the experience of individuals in the labor market, including aspects such as gender, ethnicity, social class, sexual orientation and disability. . . In particular, attention is directed to the specific obstacles that people with disabilities face in this context, to confront problems such as entrenched discrimination, accessibility barriers and the lack of adequate support. To promote labor inclusion, we propose concrete strategies and policies that will improve the participation of people with disabilities, using an intersectional perspective. These actions focus on promoting accessibility, eliminating barriers, and creating work environments that support diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
