This article presents a summary of the work and the birth of the labor code in Ecuador with the objective of discussing the circumstances that lead to bad deeds in the labor field and those hindered by acts of generalized corruption in contractual processes and taken as a daily fact by society, which condemns it but is also part of it and even discrimination in hiring labor. The postulates presented by social, business and governmental organizations for the eradication of this type of facts are presented.
