Abstract

This article presents a summary of the work and the birth of the labor code in Ecuador with the aim of discussing the circumstances that lead to bad deeds in the workplace and those hampered by acts of corruption in contractual processes and taken as a fact everyday by society, which disapproves but is also part of that and even discrimination in hiring. It presents the postulates that social organizations, business and government expose for the eradication of this type of events.
