Abstract
In this article we want to make an evaluation of the professional in this case (electrical engineer) what are the acts within the labor field and if they are linked to proper conduct that is to say that is honest and responsible above all things. In my opinion, the fundamental values that every human being should possess and never leave aside for their personal welfare. At present there are many professionals who seek their personal interest rather than the common interest of their colleagues or of a vulnerable group. Furthermore, we live in a society in which people's rights are not fully respected both by people who believe they have more power than others and also by individuals of the same group who treat their peers in ways that disregard their rights.
