Abstract
In this article we want to make an analysis to the professional mechanical engineer in charge of the field of ventilation, heating and air conditioning (HVAC, for its acronym in English), what are the actions within the labor field and if it is with proper conduct; that is to preserve honesty and responsibility over any situation. Today there are many professionals who seek their personal interest rather than the common good among colleagues or group of professionals. We live in a society in which labor interests are much more important than the basic standards that must be met, submitting bids without substantiation of equipment or design calculations entering into a design error with lack of experience and little professional ethics.
