Abstract

The present text is intended as a bibliographic review article that takes advantage of the technique of the three levels of compressive and critical reading. The text configures a theoretical-deductive order, capable of substantiating the issue of problematization, in relation to the "should be" of higher education, become the process of humanization mediated by the sub-processes of personalization and socialization; Useful references of meaning to confront and evaluate the options that structure and regulate university work, within the framework of the social, political, cultural, economic context. Higher education must be conditioned by ideological brains that seek their instrumentalization to achieve a quantified, pragmatic and efficient quality in order to prefigure the ideal state of society and the consolidation of their culture.
