Abstract

According to Arrieta de Vera et al. (2010) some of the most used ICT resources are: videoconferencing, search engines, specialized software, virtual communication spaces (forums, debates), e-mail, chats and instant messaging, multimedia didactic materials (online or local), discussion/distribution lists, electronic whiteboard, hardware (printer, scanner, digital camera, etc.). On the other hand, the development of ICT in education has impacted multiple aspects such as motivation, digital literacy and transversal skills (Bárcenas and Morales, 2019). Learning strategies have evolved rapidly. Student behavior has been modified, for example, they no longer take notes, they take pictures with their cell phones. For them, this is more comfortable, practical and easy. Even the assignments are already sent by WhatsApp to the group leader and he is in charge of notifying everyone. Based on the above, this research work aims to identify tools that help the teaching-learning process of students in online education to provide favorable conditions for development in the classroom during the learning process.
