Abstract
At the end of 2019 and the first quarter of 2020, the world shook with the appearance and subsequent outbreak of the new respiratory syndrome acute coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), known as COVID-19, the same as in a first stage that lasted approximately more than three months, led to the confinement of the majority of the population of countries around the planet, subsequently and although the danger has remained latent, countries transitioned from isolation to social distancing, this The situation has lasted throughout the months of 2020, with outbreaks and the consequent increase in infections and deaths. This situation has not only put the physical health of all people at risk, but has affected their mental health, their psychological well-being and therefore the perception regarding their quality of life.
