The analysis was conducted in three phases, using a quantitative approach to collect and analyse the data. The first phase consisted of obtaining information from surveys on the use of social networks; the second phase consisted of sending surveys through social networks to collect information on the experience in social networks related to the study carried out in this article. Finally, the third phase allowed us to analyse the most used words in social networks, related to political violence and social alienation. As important results, it was found that the most used social network in Ecuador is Facebook, the people surveyed have experienced political violence and social alienation in social networks, and finally, the study obtained the most used words in the social networks Facebook and X.
