Abstract

This article presents a study on the state of the art research technique developed in recent years in domestic refrigeration; to overcome difficulties related to high energy consumption and environmental impact problems. There are several research reports related to improving the energy efficiency of domestic refrigerators, with natural refrigerant hydrocarbons, which have shown substantial improvements in several aspects. The suggested refrigerant has an environmental impact, high performance, reliable and low cost.
