Abstract
The search for creative synergies manifests itself in interdisciplinary processes, such as those driven by Rich Gold’s (2007) approach. This conceptual framework integrates art, science, design and engineering, addressing problems and solutions to foster innovation. This study aims to understand the influence and empowerment of the intersection between these disciplines in application design and parallel emerging trends of recent years, such as maximalism, neomorphism, parallax and single page. The critical and holistic evaluation of these elements highlights their impact on project functionality. The processes in participatory projects are analyzed, highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration proposed by Rich Gold. In conclusion, the convergence of these disciplines drives innovative solutions, generating immersive experiences that enrich the creative sphere in the development of mobile applications. Adopting this holistic perspective not only fosters innovation, but also enriches the user experience, contributing to the continuous advancement at the intersection of technology, science, art and design.
