Abstract
The development of technology has transformed clinical practice, and nowadays it is common the use of applications in mobile devices for health; in the detection of breast cancer, medical digital images are a powerful tool for diagnosis, however, the size of the same presents drawbacks when they are displayed on mobile devices, to improve the performance of the devices, parallelization and hardware specialization are used. This work presents a proposal to solve this problem by implementing a parallelized application on CPU's and GPU's, which uses agent technology and was developed in JADE for the Android platform, the evaluation of the application was performed with 53 images INbreas, of which 25 images of masses and 28 images of microcalcifications, by performing the operations of pre and post processing performance improved by 6.81% .
