Abstract
The purpose of this document is to make known how the policy is of vital importance in society, since we all participate from natural persons to public order, because with the help of each one we obtain a social stability that facilitates decision-making of the state. Politics currently uses science and technology for its benefit that is used to improve the role in its development facilitated technological tools that streamline the electoral and political processes, a part of these technological benefits seeks the welfare of society. Transparency and freedom of decision in the electoral processes in order to guarantee democracy.
