Abstract

This study explores designing and implementing an innovative IoT architecture for laboratory management in educational and business contexts. The research highlights how integrating Internet of Things (IoT) systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) can revolutionize laboratory management, enhancing operational efficiency and responsiveness to the needs of the digitalized market. Through developing control and monitoring systems, this work provides solutions to challenges such as device shortages and the need for remote educational practices. The results show that device scalability directly impacts network performance, with compliance times increasing as more devices are added. The study also reveals that bandwidth becomes a limiting factor as the number of devices increases, although the network sup ports multiple devices without significant stress on processing power. This analysis offers a crucial basis for future improvements in network infrastructures in academic and similar environments, suggesting that network configuration optimization and infrastructure enhancement are essential to manage a larger number of connected devices effectively.
