Abstract
In this work we present a proposal to support the development of coping skills in children living under social risk and thus improve their educational inclusion in schools. Our approach is based on a robotic assistant that offers several functionalities to develop emotion recognition, cognitive restructuring and assertiveness in children between the ages of 12 and 15. In order to design the robot, we have carried out a pilot experiment with 18 children living under social risk.
