Abstract
Rethinking pedagogies and intercultural practices in the Americas is an exercise in reflection and documentation of research projects and training programs in higher education that have been developed with indigenous and Afro-descendant students, as well as from a critical reading of educational policies of intercultural education. bilingual (EIB) in Central and South America. We seek to put into debate multiple educational, political and epistemic processes that, since the end of the 20th century and under the impulse of what we know as EIB, have been developed with the participation of diverse actors: teachers, academics, activists, community members, students, agencies. governmental and non-governmental.
