Abstract
This work analyzes the concept of inclusive education, and inclusive English language teaching-learning process. Different methods for teaching English and their adaptation to learners with special educational needs and learners in general are presented. The work is aimed at identifying the existing new technologies, and optimizing their use in inclusive English teaching, by trying to get learners usually ignored in the classroom to participatein educational process on equal terms with their classmates. Every working team is assigned a role, by using technologies as necessary tools for learning a foreign language.
