Abstract

A country's economy is largely based on tax mechanisms. The State applies this tool to collect resources to finance public needs (Carrera et al., 2020). Fiscal policy is intended to constitute taxes that maintain public spending, which is used to delimit consumption and implement the resources collected by a State (Sigüenza et al., 2016). On the other hand, exports must be promoted by each country to boost economic growth and competitiveness in the international market (Barrientos, 2014). Therefore, the balance of these areas sustains a country's economic growth.
