Abstract

The security problems in the Armed Forces of Ecuador were analyzed, the security parameters were checked to protect the military information of the Armed Forces of Ecuador database, using the security of the information. The objective of this work is to develop a prototype of a security model for Armed Forces of Ecuador, to define the organizational structure and security levels that allow developing or adopting security algorithms and protocols. To analyze security articles, cryptography and networks, the deductive method was used in exploratory research to verify current trends in security models and protect the information available to the military institution. The prototype of a security model for the Armed Forces of Ecuador was determined.
