Abstract
This paper has been written to show the relationship between efficient professional performance and personal-professional ethics. From professional experiences of the author, as well as theory proposed by several authors within the field of ethics and morals. In daily work, a person can be immersed in aspects that put professional and personal ethics to the test. The applied theory of Deontology and its direct impact on any project is taken into account. A person, in the application of engineering, may be in charge of managing personnel, budgets; payments to suppliers, employees; negotiations of future projects, etc. This document will analyze some of the possible scenarios and will make certain recommendations about how the human being should act ethically in his performance. Ethics is a quality of people by nature, but living it is what differentiates one from another. This article will help, in a certain way, to the development of Professional Ethics in all students who start their professional life and apply what they have acquired during their years of study at a higher level.
