Abstract

The article mentions different aspects that we find in transport to begin with we consider the history of transport from literal D mentions how the control or management has passed from private companies to the municipality. We also find important changes in the transport market since in the beginning it was managed by small groups or unions. Later on the transport market was managed through a monopoly with that gave way to different administrations that created laws in land transport in order to improve the service although some of them made the transport system only enrich the managers or owners of the service without allowing the participation of external agents avoiding competitions and investments, from literal F we consider the rules in force until now about the quality of a service since we mention aspects such as leadership that is a fundamental part of the administrators since they must know how to lead, not only as a command voice before their staff but also worry about providing the staff with an adequate environment to perform their functions more efficiently because they would feel more comfortable and a better state of mind, in addition that this will make there more participation of staff, all of this is directly related to the transport system, finally since literal J we mention aspects that we find in public transport in which professional ethics must be applied in order to improve the public transport system as it is a very controversial and conflictive issue because worldwide for users public transport has always been a problem due to several aspects such as the excess of users within the transport as there are not enough units, In the case of the people who provide the service, they mention that because of the low cost they charge for providing the transport, they should not make any improvement, much less act with a professional ethic. For this reason, 8 out of every 10 people who use public transport will say that it is a bad service, Therefore, in this section we will mention as if professional ethics should be involved in the transport system. Finally, considering all the problems we mention, we end with recommendations to improve aspects that are important in transport, such as providing information about the routes, the frequency with which each vehicle leaves a stop or station, guarantee the safety of staff and users, reduce the environmental impact of the gases expelled by transport all this so that the user receives a good service, in addition that the evolution of technology is applied to each of the points mentioned above allows us that the transport system over time is more efficient and quality.
