Abstract

The article mentions different aspects that we find in transportation to begin with we consider the history of transportation from the literal C which tells us how the control or management has passed from private companies to the municipality, and we also find important changes in the transport market since in a start was handled by small groups or unions later the transport market was managed by a monopoly with that gave way to different administrations that created laws on land transport in order to improve the service although some of them made the system of transport only enriches the administrators or owners of the service without allowing the participation of external agents avoiding competencies and investments, starting from the literal E we consider the current norms up to the present about the quality of a service since we mention aspects such as the leadership that is a fundamental part on the part of the managers as they must know how to lead, not only as a voice of command to their staff, but also to provide staff with an adequate environment to perform their duties more efficiently as they would feel more comfortable and give a better mood, in addition that this will make more staff participation, all this is directly related to the transport system, finally, from section I, we mention aspects that we find in public transport in which professional ethics must be applied in order to improve the system of public transport since it is a very controversial and controversial issue since worldwide for public transport users has always been a problem due to several aspects such as the excess of users within the transport since there are not enough units, little space within the city for transport mobility which results in excessive traffic during peak hours, for the In the case of the people who provide the service, they mention that because of the low cost they charge for providing transportation, they should not make any improvement, much less act with a professional ethic, for this 8 out of 10 people who use public transportation will say it is a service bad, that is why in this section we will mention as if professional ethics should be involved in the transportation system, considering all the problems mentioned, we end with recommendations to improve aspects that are important in transportation, such as providing information on routes, frequency with which each vehicle leaves a stop or station, ensure the safety of staff and users, reduce the environmental impact of the gases that expel the transport all this so that the user receives a good service, in addition to the evolution of the technology is applied to each of the aforementioned points allows us the system of transport with the passage of time is more efficient and quality.
