Procesos de Vinculación con la Sociedad en la Formación del Profesional Salesiano

Currently, Higher Education has the challenge of generating a collaborative, inclusive and equitable education system that responds to the current dynamics of society and business. Linking as a substantive process has the obligation to outline students to the solution and transformation of that society with competent professionals but who in turn have a humanistic base, based on values. This is what the Salesian Polytechnic University promotes and which is consolidated through the linking processes. The objective of this research is to determine how the processes of linking with society promote the formation of the Salesian professional. The population considered are company officials and experts on the subject of bonding. The conclusion was reached about the importance of this substantive process as a professional profile trainer, where the humanistic aspects and Salesian values come together with the generation of knowledge of the Salesian professional profile.
