Abstract

This paper analyzes the primary elements of action reflection in academic work and the socio-political commitment to train good citizens who exercise their professional performance with ethical behaviors through the empowerment in their student process of methodologies, preventive systems and the focus group technique. This will allow us to evidence a change in the integral formation of the student and his performance as a good citizen and future good professional. For this, activities were evaluated through group discussions with students through strategic practices such as Focus Group, which allowed the corresponding analysis of implementation of this pedagogical strategy, through direct feedback between the student and their social environment as good citizens; and with the management of the virtual social network WhatsApp that enabled the influence of the objectives of social action in the young university student once outside the classroom, making available all our designed resources.
