Abstract
This work is a preliminary analysis of the design of a commercialization mechanism to help the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises with new competitive advantages in the southern communities of Ecuador known to the scientific community. The conceptual basis mainly considers approaches of sustainability, fairness and responsible trade and partnership. It considers the value chain and the final product as a differentiating offer which means that the truly attractive resource should be the organic product that combined with creative marketingstrategies could please the customer and foster its recommendation.
