Abstract

This article proposes the strengthening of affirmative action policies that favor the educational inclusion of minority or historically excluded groups, such as the indigenous people of the Quilloac Community, who are present in the different spaces of the Salesian Polytechnic University and are integrated into various careers of the headquarters of Cuenca; however, their presence alone does not mean inclusion, since a relationship of intercultural coexistence is necessary that involves all the students of the University.
