Abstract
For the Salesian Polytechnic University it is a priority activity to link the activities of the research groups with the community. This ethnobotanical booklet aims to bring the research proposals of the Research and Development Group in Applied Sciences to Biological Resources (GIDCARB), the Master in Natural Pharmaceutical Products and the Biotechnology career, with small spaces that still retain their original biodiversity and the ancestral knowledge of its inhabitants, in the case of the Perdiz trail in a location very close to the city of Quito. In this way contribute to the rescue of green spaces and the wisdom of its inhabitants.
