Abstract

Recognizing the crisis situation produced by the pandemic in Ecuador, governmental entities have initiated information and prevention campaigns on social networks with the purpose of mitigating the situation. Hence, the following questions are posed: What are the educational-communication components of the campaigns? What is the population's perception of the audiovisual material provided by the government? Are the government's social media campaigns the ones that have had an impact on the redu.
