Abstract
The objective of this research is to explore the perceptions of university students, when living a transition semester, which led them to go from a face-to-face study modality to an online training. In addition, it proposes to consider its results as teaching pedagogical inputs, to plan future semesters. For this purpose, a convenience sample of 20 students was used; of business administration. The research is exploratory and with a qualitative approach, using focus groups to probe their perceptions from a semi-structured questionnaire, which addressed the academic dimension, where they perceive that the volume of what was learned was similar, although with a greater investment of time. ; the emotional area, in which they mention they experienced stressful situations, which they were able to cope with due to their experience in technology; and at the level of social support, where they consider that the role of their parents, teachers and educational institution was key.
