Abstract
Bolivarian Venezuela faces many practical challenges with a Latin American commitment, building by uniting the popular social forces of the region. To this is added the practical need for theoretical reflection on the history of philosophical thought and ideas in Latin America, where there is a rich tradition of historical-philosophical study that recovers, systematizes, rescues, and promotes all those ideas, systems of thought, and analytical proposals that investigate the social, political, and cultural realities of Latin American peoples.
