Abstract
This document shows the definitions of work with its classification, the analysis of the current situation of work as production of wealth in Latin America, the norms and labor codes in Ecuador and the employment situation of Ecuadorian youth between 2016 and 2018, statistics of fixed and underemployment jobs and the evidence of the lack of work, job instability and opted alternatives that are summarized in contracts outside their study areas. Finally the work ethic is defined and an analysis is carried out with the Creole liveliness as corruption and an emphasis is placed on the values to send a message of honesty and break cycles of corruption.
