Abstract

El fin de la familia is a story told from the point of view of a child who narrates the experience of how his family was destroyed after the death of his grandparents. It is a mixture of various situations that he goes through in the family circle, such as economic issues, existential problems, love, personal issues and even the change that the neighborhood Urdesa, in the north of Guayaquil, undergoes as the setting for the novel.
