Abstract

Organizations require permanent transformation not only to respond to the interests of the market, but also because the social dynamics demand it, so it is necessary for them to prepare for it, founding epistemic and ontological bases within their organizational philosophy, allowing them to assimilate the changes required for their own renewal. Therefore, contemporary management must consider these aspects that allow them to guide, accompany and orient the dynamics of life in organizations in relation to the plurality of culture and particular interests of social feature.
