Abstract
ICT for society. Proyectos del Grupo de Asociacionismo Salesiano Académico GASOL, describes seven of the 20 projects that arise from the actions of the Salesian academic-university association and Salesianity. The book allows us to know the projects executed and teaches us to change our vocabulary from “I” to “we”, to build a world of peace and opportunities. With creativity and ingenuity, each project is based on technology. In this text, ICT-based solutions are proposed in Computer Security in Educational Institutions (SEGIT), Values and Youth Entrepreneurship, Solidarity Computers for Continuing Studies, Don Bosco Computer Hospital (BHOSCO), Entrepreneurship against Addiction (ECA), Community Libraries in the territory and Itinerant Technological Museum. It invites animators, coordinators and members of association groups to “go out to meet others” to share knowledge and solve community problems with the support of ICTs. This book has a previous reference called “Good Practices: following Don Bosco”.
