Abstract
When we talk about youth challenges to achieve transformation social, we must identify where the change is headed, what needs to be modified, what should and is available to the next professionals in the region, and it is not difficult to find ways to direct society for a true transformation; In fact, the citizen is aware of the most important areas and the box in areas such as medicine and health, education and inclusion, agriculture and food, software and science and technology, construction and energy. At this point it coincides with Forbes analysis of the professions that will achieve a greater success either through employability or entrepreneurship, which already generates a light at the end of the tunnel; however, educational institutions top in the region have not yet taken a clear position; possibly to its conservative characteristics and this for the public and the private, others for be bound to some extent by education regulators superior of each country and others due to the lack of vision of their management axes educational-academic (English, 2008; Floyd and Preston, 2018). For another On the other hand, the youth demands from the University in general specific aspects, want to be socially active in favor of the most vulnerable societies and this because it is part of the spirit of social dissatisfaction, they are married from the high corruption in the region, sometimes with a higher percentage in the countries of left court and other times in countries of right or conservative court.
