Abstract
In a world influenced by the over-demands and little relevance of the emotional dimension of children, Mindfulness in the classroom: 60 practical ideas, is presented as a pedagogical alternative. In this book you will find fun activities that seek to develop mindfulness in the learning process, reconnect students' attention and regulate behavior in a conscious and participatory way. The publication proposes an innovative program for teachers who work with children from the age of six. It contains short-term activities focused on breathing, attention and yoga, which can be applied according to the needs of students and teachers, inside and outside the classroom and in all subjects.
