Abstract
This study focuses on improving the chassis structure of electric Go Karts, through an integration of static, dynamic and vibrational analysis, using the ANSYS finite element software. It addresses the need to improve chassis strength and lifespan, which are crucial factors for safety and performance in competitions. The methodology adopted includes the initial design in Solid Works 2023, simulations in ANSYS and experimental tests on an urban circuit. The results obtained indicate significant improvements in structural resistance and vibration reduction, which implies a competitive advantage and greater safety for pilots.
