Abstract

There are sacraments that are expressed in our heart and mind; some are manifested or transmitted with a hug or affection, or are identified through repentance. Everything is a process in which God tests us in order to learn day by day, to improve and to be good people. The sacraments are means of salvation that Jesus Christ left in his church as a fundamental teaching for society. Those who receive them well disposed, will enjoy both in the present and present life as well as an eternal life in the kingdom of heaven. They are received throughout life; they help believers to be able to meet Jesus Christ in a real and present way. The churches, with the help of their members, in this case the catechists, in accordance with the teachings and practices, work day by day in the formation of children, young people and adults so that they can enrich their knowledge in the formation of their Christian life. This article explains in detail the sacraments and their importance in the life of Christians.
