Abstract
The need to improve educational inclusion and technological accessibility, especially for children with hearing disabilities, has driven the creation of an innovative electronic device. This project arises through the identification of challenges in the teaching of sign language in basic education, where current limitations reveal the lack of adequate resources for effective teaching. This article is framed as a response to this lack, to propose the development of an electronic device designed specifically for children in the basic general education system. The proposed methodology is structured in phases ranging from problem definition to iteration and continuous improvement, adopting quantitative approaches to ensure the effectiveness and objectivity of the process.
