Abstract

In Ecuador, the indigenous nationalities have been subject to racial discrimination since the time of Spanish colonization, in this article the study of the discrimination of the workers, coming from an indigenous nationality, is carried out. The research methodology used is that of data collection and analysis. At present the indigenous nationalities are discriminated against by various labor sectors and the industrial sector is not a meaning, because there are abuses by employers such as: the obligation to wear short hair, due to safety standards that are implemented In each company, even though the worker belongs to an Andean nationality, the festivities of the towns and nationalities such as the Inti-Raymi are not recognized, because they are not on a national holiday calendar, the relay of activities below the employee capabilities. For all these reasons it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the current situation and propose solutions that help overcome this problem.
