Abstract
This paper aims to make visible the levels of transparency and identify compliance with current legislation on the management and administration of public funds, based on the web platforms of the provincial governments of Ecuador. In order to respond to the research objective, the following question is posed: what levels of transparency in public information do the provincial governments have in accordance with the principle of publicity set forth in the LOTAIP?.
