Abstract
The new normal that businesses and people have had to adapt to since the emergence of COVID-19, a virus that had a detrimental impact on the world, is related to the level of resilience that exists in society when taking positions and decisions in order to maintain their businesses, economies, and employees stable. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of the coronavirus on SMEs, especially on the resilience capacity of each of them. For this study, a type of explanatory research with a mixed approach was used, since the combination of qualitative and quantitative techniques allowed us to correctly analyze the fundamental purpose of this work.
