Abstract
Throughout the years, the experiences gathered by teachers, teaching classes at different levels, are of various "color sand flavors ”. Some were taught that education must transform society, becoming a factor of development for the peoples. To others They transmitted the idea that education should focus on the student, this being the center of discourse as a future participant in society growing. Finally, and from many schools of pedagogical thought modern, they were told that education should sensitize the person and integrate them into a globalized and changing world. Reality dictates that the importance and sensitivity of the training event requires moral, intellectual and action solvency, in tune and coherence with the basic objectives of all training, where it is not only prioritized the “sufficiency” of vocational training, but rather commit tothat which must be transcendental and lasting.
