Abstract

Through prayer, God gives the opportunity to connect with him. Prayer is a tool, an instrument that allows us to speak directly with him, to be in permanent dialogue or conversation, in order to live under his will, since he has a new purpose for each of the Christians, highlighting that we must be willing to believe in the promises prepared for man (Lovelace, 2010). Prayer has always been the leading channel to God. When one is really committed to strengthen the relationship with God and have the soul overflowing with his gifts, prayer is the appropriate means of communication, so that through it you can get various graces that when you see them materialized arises in man an inexplicable feeling of gratitude to see the works that God does for the good of Christians.
