La Inteligencia Artificial y su Rol Potencializador en los Negocios de la Ciudad de Guayaquil

The objective of this research is to determine the use of artificial intelligence in businesses in the city of Guayaquil. The study is necessary since it is necessary to identify whether the use of AI tools and applications have contributed to the potentialization of daily activities that businesses conduct, such as the creation of names, logos, slogans, content, and personalized messages. The methodology used is empirical, using as an instrument the application of a survey that contains fourteen questions addressed to businesses in various sectors of the city of Guayaquil, and which has allowed the obtaining of quantitative data for the respective analysis. In the study developed, it has been verified that there are several businesses that have progressively begun to use AI tools and applications in Guayaquil, considering that several of these applications have been extremely useful for the development of different activities at the business level. At the same time, businesses have found that the use of the tools has offered them higher and better levels of communication, popularity with their customers, as well as greater profitability. Businesses found as a disadvantage the need for more technical knowledge regarding the tools and applications about AI. Even though, they demonstrate to be in complete agreement with acquiring new knowledge on this subject that is constantly evolving around the world.
