Abstract
The Salesian Polytechnic University (UPS), fulfilling its mission and the charisma that inspires it, has implemented actions that promote the inclusion not only of people with disabilities, but of all those students who are in vulnerable situations, which has allowed to gradually motivate the establishment of an inclusive culture in all services and programs it provides. The growing demand of people with disabilities to enter the different careers offered by our university, has allowed, based on the demand presented, to implement institutional and pedagogical actions to serve with quality and responsibility to this sector of the population.
