Personalism as a philosophical base is opportune for a reflection from the otherness and responsibility, from the categories of Emanuel Levinas, in the university praxis, since it allows to carry out an analysis and a dialogue in context with the practices associated to the human promotion and to carry out a critical study from the university reality, the student situation, the academic-teaching management and the Institutionality. A revitalization of youth life is proposed, not only as a professionalization but also as a meaning, the call to teacher management to get out of academicism, community as an element of alterity that springs from donation and finally praxis as a transcendence linked to the service and transformation of society.
